My server isn't working with the firewall enabled, and now won't even work when the firewall is off.

For whatever reason, the NeoForge server I made on a separate computer will not work if the firewall is on. I've tried adding inbound port rules, which didn't work. I made sure I port forwarded everything properly by setting it to 25565. I made sure the port was open, and it is. I saw one post that said to check if I have a private IPv4, and I do. I uninstalled my antivirus and added an exception in Windows Defender. I made sure there was no VPN.

And a more recent problem is that now even when I disable the firewall, I cannot join the server; however, my friend can still join.

I hope I explained it good enough if there are any questions you need to ask to help diagnose this issue and help me solve it just let me know.

Oh, someone figured this out a while back. Lemme find it.

Found it. Run netsh advfirewall reset to reset to default settings, then start fresh. I guess it just gets gunked up sometimes. IDK I am a linux user.
