Yesterday I was trying to get dynmap of whatever the plug-in is called to work on my self hosted server. I was opening a different port 25567 I think if that matters for some reason. Anyways after I open that port and restart my server it wouldn’t let me connect with IP.
I stopped port forwarding 25567 and redid the minecraft port still did nothing. I have checked everything multiple times. I have even done factory resets on modem. Completely reinstalled paper and java along with tried to host a forge server.
Anyone know what could be wrong? Could my ISP just suddenly blocked port forwarding? Any help would be really nice I have spent hours trying to figure this out.
edit: also i have googled a bunch of things can’t find a solution anywhere so asking here now might just call my isp i am pretty convinced it’s something on their end

try with bluemap
but typically any port forwarded and configured inside the configs would work.
maps are typically not port specific

The problem is my entire server doesn’t work anymore not just the dynmap plugin it was like port forwarding that port messed up everything else somehow even when removing it
ok give me a bit

thanks for looking
@Donskoy What OS is the host machine running? (please don't say Windows)
DonskoyOP
Yeah it’s windows I am just hosting a regular server for me and my friends
i’ve done it many times no problems
i’ve been making random servers for me and my friends since 2013 so i’m not like a super noob but also don’t know everything
i really think my isp has just randomly blocked port forwarding apparently they can do that maybe it looked weird since I was opening so many ports in a day or something?
I would bet money that it's Windows Firewall being unpredictable as usual. Try fully disabling the entire firewall, and then test.
DonskoyOP
I will disable windows firewall once i’m back on my pc in about 30 minutes to an hour
i had allowed all java and ports though the firewall though yesterday

Yeah, Windows firewall is notorious around here for just randomly deciding that it is going to stop cooperating. We've run into situations that match your description numerous times around here.

@Donskoy 65 and 173 my service provider is a local one not many options I live in middle of nowhere also lots of outdated things
That is run from within your home network where you are hosting your server?
DonskoyOP
yeah I host the server just on my home network
@Donskoy yeah I host the server just on my home network
Yes, but emphasis on you having visited that site just now from a machine connected to that network? It's important that it wasn't at work or from a mobile phone, etc.
