First Java Friend server help

So I wanna make a server for my Java friends around 7 at once max, normally 3 ppl in there

I have a rule set and I need to figure out what is the best course for me as my first server:

Must be exportable (where I can copy it on my computer, not loosing it ever)

Mod friendly

Relatively cheap unless I host it myself (I currently don’t have an extra host machine but may end up getting one and transferring)

Secure no randoms to grief

Optional:
I’d like more than one world but not too pressed

If my bedrock friends could join that would be cool but not strictly necessary at all

I’m pretty good at hardware and software on windows and stuff, I’ve modded every game I own from smash to GameCube animal crossing

I’m gonna do like seasons and biomes mods guns ect ect but I don’t know what mod manager to use where they could download it as well opon entry because I’ve never done it on a server

So definitely any names help either for mods or sever stuff and I can figure it out from there, I have a good pc but they don’t. I don’t wanna run mine 247 either

If I did host my own id probably use scrap hardware

I assume this is for minecraft and I will be blunt, you make no sense.

but I will answer the stuff best I can from what I can understand.

There is nothing stopping you from copying the server and throwing it into another place and it working.

Mod friendly.
If you want mods, youd need to run a fabric, forge, or neo-forge server jar.

Answer !pleb in #buyer-chat and someone can give you a host suggestion

Enable whitelist -> make sure you are online-mode=true and no random griefs.
Also have daily backups

You'd want either a proxy for multiple servers, or multiworld mod

You cannot use client + server mods if you want the bedrock friend to play.

You need to just search it on modrinth or curseforge OR YOU SHOULD BETTER find a modpack that exists already and use that.
Making your own is not good especially when you dont understand much in modded minecraft
