Have been making a Cleanroom 1.12.2 server for myself and my friends and encountered the fact that somehow nothing works. I've added port forwarding, did pin the private address to only my PC - feels like I'm banging into a wall because, well... nothing happens.

i have a feeling i might run into "CGNAT" or whatever

I can’t read Russian, but if you suspect it’s CGNAT, try this
https://github.com/DominicTWHV/Is-It-CGNAT
(I don’t guarantee functionality as I’ve never had someone behind CGNAT test it)

The manual test is to check the "WAN address" or "external ip" (or Russian equivalent) that your router admin panel lists, and then compare it to the one shown at https://4.icanhazip.com
If they match, it's not CGNAT. If they don't match, then it is.

tue one on the router info is 10.██████ meanwhile the one on the website is 178.███████
10 is internal
not meant for outside connections
Mini RexOP
yeah no the internal one is the usual 192.168.0.1 (tplink)
It is listed as the ip in the WAN category

Thats another one
10 is also internal
there are MANY reserved internal ips for routers DHCP usage etc

just checked and the DHCP range is only out of 192.168.0.100-192.168.0.199
thats on Your router, im saying 10 is also internal ip's

Homie even I'm having trouble tracking with you.
Are you saying it's not (necessarily) CGNAT because he looked at the wrong IP address?
Or are you saying it is CGNAT because his external IP (as reported by his router) is showing an internal IP?

oh, whoops I can see where I got side tracked.
From this message here I was mentioning that 10 is a internal ip, so if the website Repo linked says its 178 but router shows 10 thats because 10 is internal and 178 is external
so I mentioned that 10 is internal not meant for outside connections, and it sidetracked from there

His internal IP is in a 192.68 block, his router-reported external is in a 10.0.0 block, and his website-visible external is in a 178. block.
So that looks like CGNAT to me. Only way it wouldn't be is if he had a "gateway" (combination modem + router) that has DHCP turned on AND a second router also with DHCP turned on, with different internal ranges on both, and somehow the routing still working.
