I don't know which panels there are but I've heard of Pterodactyl, Crafty Controller, and Pelican. What panels are there and why would you use them?

pterodactyl for me, scalable is the main thing. Crafty doesn't support multiple machines
pterodactyl is also the industry standard. Most hosting services use pterodactyl with a custom theme
I'm not sure about pelican, it's a fork of pterodactyl aiming to bring modern features out, but still under heavy development(?)
