Datapacks no longer work after server crash

Hi, so recently my 1.21.10 fabric server crashed (the VM restarted) and now none of the datapacks work. There are no obvious signs of world corruption but I’m suspecting it has something to do with the /scoreboard objectives, since I had a custom /trigger command that gives a player item frames, which also stopped working, but I fixed that by doing “/scoreboard objectives add [the original objective name]” again since that was coded using command blocks and the command blocks are still there. Is there a fix for this? I have tried deleting the datapacks and reuploading them, but that didn’t seem to work.
