After Server Node Fried and Re-established, getting this error

hey guys! a board on the server node im on fried and my server was shut down for a day. its now been fixed. i come back and im seeing this error in console. any help? should i re-install luckperms?

i'll check it out! the reason why i am here is because, i have seen this error before on the first season of my servers. changed nothing involving the DB and config of luckperms. and they said their DB's were up and fine
