hey guys i run a cobblemon server. i seem to be getting a huge spike every 5 minutes and im just trying to figure out why this is happening. any help? here is my spark profile, timed out after 10 minutes.

I have figured out that it is when the server is saving on an auto-save. how can i help with this?
