Can I generate new SSH keys on oracle instance?

I made an oracle instance a while ago but I have since lost the ssh key pair, I fear if I terminate the instance i won't be able to get rate a new one as there won't be any availability. How can I recover the keys?

log onto your OCI web interface and use cloud shell console to access your instance and manually add new keypairs

log into Oracle cloud website
Go to the Shell console then from there you can add a new ones

Best look online for a more deeper guide and more specifics
