Does A slower ram speed (like 2400MT/s or lower) affect server operating performance?
Under load (30 or more players online active), will there be any drops in Subjective playability?
In other words, will it feel like the server is running of a potato to the end users?

Not particularly for a Minecraft server unless you have a huge heap size and a lot of players, like I would say 100+ players online
