Hello all, having an issue trying to unzip a folder in the multicraft web based ftp client, am wanting to rely on this way of accessing the files for both myself and another administrator unfortunately due accessibilty of the panel going through cloudflared. Any help would be much appreciated, can't seem to find any permission issues myself.

I do
I am going to be a bit of an ass and ask
why multicraft in 2025? There are a dozen better panels, even cli is better then multi

Fair enough, seems to be a common question when I take a look down this question thread ๐

I myself an beginning to wonder that as I use it more, I think I came across Crafty Controller first and after 5 minutes of tinkering the lack of polished GUI greatly frustrated me
I am also using this ad-hoc if you like whilst my server PC is still running on windows (awaiting new drives before making the move to linux)

Seems I should've come here first for the suggestions!

Iโve never used Crafty myself but Iโve heard many good things.
The same Multicraft dev made AMP but it comes with a one-time license fee to use.
Pterodactyl/Pelican are widely recommended but come with a bit of a steep learning curve.
You could also run it bare-metal (no panel) if this is a temporary solution you plan on migrating at some point

honestly my friend hosted a filezilla server + run your servers in bat files and it was better than multi because that thing didnt even work half the time

Yeah I was having the 4 servers just running CLI, but have another admin who ideally needs remote access to files and ability to restart server etc without being remoted into the whole server machine, just made sense to explore panels
can be wrong tho
