Would my current PC specs suffice for hosting and playing a modded server simultaneously?

I want to host a NeoForge server for my friends and I in the near future, I'd say probably around 4 players on average with a peak of 10 players. The modpack currently is pretty small and mostly made up of smaller mods, but I wouldn't be surprised if it soon ends up as large as [Arkworld Frontier](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/arkworld-frontier), the last modpack I made for a server.

I just want to know if something like that would be possible to both run and play simultaneously on my current PC. It's pretty beefy, but I'm not sure if it's beefy enough:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
RAM: 32GB DDR5 SDRAM

If I need to list anything else lmk
