World Borders Unsetting

This is quite an odd bug my server has been experiencing.

On my server the world border is very crucial and is set to 10kx10k in every dimension. However, the world border seemingly at random, has just been unsettling itself after restarts.

There’s no logic and it’s not every time. I really don’t get why this is happening.
