Our server for some reason has low tps just having a couple of players online, we have enough RAM running and have already tried reducing the amount of things that could cause low TPS. Help?

datapack functions
you probably have a datapack with command functions that are spammed multiple times per tick, selecting entities

Just for the record, more ram will not improve the situation
Read what yht said, 95% of your lag comes from datapacks
Datapacks are almost always performance-killers, avoid them whenever possible

if you open it up and see "functions" directory, it's usually bad
most command based datapacks are made for singleplayer and never actually tested on multiplayer with more than 2 players
