Best plugin to do server-sided scripting?

The answer to your question is definitely Skript, but a custom Java plugin is so much better than a Skript, 10 times out of 10

It just kinda feels like a waste to make a whole new project and learn plugins just for like 3 lines of logic

A datapack would be impractical for this purpose sadly

The world is also being deleted often

But I can't load a datapack before the world exists

It case it wasnt obvious this is all for like a multiplayer hardcore mode similar to what was kinda popular a while ago

If I end up making a plugin I might see if I can have a single command that wipes the world and reboots the server

although i should check to see if someone has already done this

@Brown bear A lot of what you're asking for can be done with Docker, Itzg, and light scripting work with a very simple plugin. I'd go that method since it'll be faster.

I would hugely recommend learning how to Docker if you don't already know.
