I've had a bad experience with ServCity in this regard

NA players' ping keeps spiking for no reason

And it mostly due to what they're doing in game

Teleporting, or rendering new chunks, causes their ping to spike

Doing nothing also causes it to spike

Happens to multiple players from different regions in NA

I'm considering options like Pebblehost

Also, there is no EU-based location that would provide a consistently stable ping across America. It's just not possible, America is far too big to accomplish this from another continent.

But to answer your question, the best recommendations I can make is UK or France.

Netherlands, where ServCity is located, is also a very good location, but you're reporting issues there so I won't recommend it.

On the other hand, if most of your playerbase is American and you have some Western Europe players, not as much central or eastern europe, you should probably just go with eastern USA IMO
