ProtocolLib not working on 1.21.8 or 1.21.10 Server

i tried spigot, fabric with cardboard and forge with sponge and nothing worked. I need anti-xray for my server, but just using a mod and no plugins would also be bad as I dont have acces to plugins like coreprotect, timeban,grimac or the most important (at least for me) connect.
I'm running on a debian server and as said, tried using both 1.21.8 and 1.21.10 but I'd prefer 1.21.10.
For testing, I just put protocolLib in the plugins folder, with nothing else and also a completely new installation, after succesfully starting the Server and trying to join in minecraft, I get following error message:
Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset, with nothing in the logs and minekube not beeing able to ping it (although I can, also connected via ssh and ftp)
I dont know what to do and how to go forward, thanks for the help in advance

figured it out, grim was causing the issue i think
