What keeps crashing my server?

Hello, me and a couple friends are hosting a server with kinetic hosting for the Beyond Depth modpack, and we aren't sure as to why the server keeps crashing. We have 16GB of ram and this usually only occurs when I am present in the server, however I am not the server host. All it says when the server crashes is "disconnected" on the minecraft screen.

You are using the client pack rather than the server pack on the server
(The server is trying and failing to load client side mods)

If the modpack only offers one pack and not explicitly a server and client pack, then you’ll need to manually remove any client-side mods

just played for a little just now and it just crashed again, i did everything you told me to, and it still crashed.
my buddy was playing and it didn't crash, but as soon as i joined after about 10 mins it crashed saying "disconnected"

do you have a latest.log (rather than a crash report)? it typically shows more information than a standard crash report

Your server took too long to start
there’s also still client side mods

we're going through and disabling any mods that are client side
is there any easy way to check if a certain mod is client side all at once?
