I am looking for a server host that can host a server for me and about at most 10 friends but we wanted to be as has vanilla as possible so we are not going to be using paper we're going to be use fabric and it's also going to be crossplay but this will be a long-term server with some large active farms and large amounts of chunks loaded because this will be a multi-year long server no map resets

I have used pebble in the past, some of the staff also are in this server. Very good service, can recommend. I'm a bit confused as to why you think that using fabric would make your server more vanilla in comparison to paper, though.

because paper changes some things with mobs spawning and other things that cause problems for technical builds

That's fair, but yes I would recommend pebble.

BTW this is mostly misinformation that can typically be solved using some simple config changes outlined by the official paper documentation. But if that still doesn’t meet your needs then Fabric is still great
