Copper golems colliding differently on paper.

When running a vannilla game I can push multiple copper golems into one corner as shown in this picture. However when I try this same thing on a paper server they push each other away, breaking the sorter design I am trying to build. I was wondering if I possibly missed something in the paper config to change this behavior and if not if there is any other way to achieve this.
Current collisions config:

  allow-vehicle-collisions: true

Maybe worth opening an issue on Poser GitHub if you have time; the build are still experimental so this can be a bug. Make sure you attach your world or part of the region file this build is on.
