Me and some friends want to start a new modded server and I’ve been thinking of using oracle but i have some question
1.is it hard to make the server?
2.is it easy to add mods?
3.I’ve heard some stuff about important things being autodeleted, will that be a problem?
Btw I am very new to this oracle stuff

If you have 0 experience using Linux then it won't be easy. It is a decent place to start though, since you're interested. It is definitely more demanding than simply running a Minecraft server though.

You may be better off if you or one of your friends runs it off your own PCs, depending on what kind of hardware you have.

Adding mods is somewhat easy, but it can be problematic with larger packs. You have to make sure all the mods are server-side mods for that specific version of Forge/Fabric/Neoforge (whichever you're using).

Oracle does delete instances if they're not very active, which is another reason you may be better off running it off your own PCs.

depends on what you want to run on that
if your question is if its a "good" cpu, no
does that mean you won't be able to run some smaller servers on it? also no
