Looking for a team based Minecraft plugin that allows to have shared claims

I am looking for a solution that provides me:
- chunk claims that can be shared across players in a team
- has a basic team system (can be implemented with just another plugin)
- is fully compatible with blue map to show the markers there
- for paper 1.21.8

Note: it is not needed to do all requirements with a single plugin. I am fine with having other tools
