pterodactyl with playit.gg

So had some issues with crafty crashing recently and I wanted the options for some other games hosted (modded ark comes to mind. ) as far as the host name stuff goes is there a way I can get the panel and stuff on playit.gg we normally keep the server at my buddies house because he is on fiber but after much looking both him and I are on cgnat and I know that was a pain passing though.
