Paper 1.21.8 JRE crashes with Aikar's flags running Temurin 21 under Docker

Hey people. I run my server under Pufferpanel which uses Docker. The JRE crashed randomly when we had more than 10 players on. We removed Aikar's flags as a debugging measure and it didn't crash again.

We have 16GB allocated with 16 available cores.
