i am trying to host a soulrend server for me and my friends and its not working i got the server pack from their curseforge page and when i first run it, it crash because of sodiumextra when i removed the mod it now doesn't crash and just hangs i can't read java and error logs very well so any help would be greatly appreciated

yes i am running it on my current machine
that doesnt make sense completely, but I assume you are playing and running the server in 1 machine

yeah but not running the server with the game on this ran with no background activity

but other servers i have work just fine
if its a windows server just open command prompt and type ping minecraftforge.net
that specific version of forge might be bugged
