Wind Charge Block Damage

So I'm stumped trying to figure out why wind charges are now doing block damage on Fabric 1.21.

I saw a reddit thread suggesting that it might be carpet, so I've updated both carpet and carpet-extras to the newest version (available for 1.21) and the issue persists.

I've tested this in paper 1.21 (my hub server), as well as my singleplayer Fabric 1.21 world, and neither exhibits this issue.

So I'm inclined that one of the mods is causing this. Although I think this issue only came up recently, not sure exactly when though, as wind charges are not the most used item ever.

I'm not super happy with the idea of binary testing, as this is a production server with players actively playing, although I would resort to this if nobody has leads.
