mod to cut CPU usage when the server is empty

I've seen some mods like Too Many Players and several mods that claim to pause the game when no players are online, but I don't know whoch of them would be most applicable.

there is no mod that does that

there are games that pause Time

but not cut cpu usage

my fabric servers pause after x seconds

if your cpu usage is high when no one is online somethings wrong

that’s sleep/hibernation

its a new thing added by mojang that when you try to join it’ll wake server up

what about unloading the chunks or whatever

that’s a default thing in minecraft

What exactly is the issue here, have you been noticing excessive amount of CPU usage when the server is empty

run a spark profiler when it’s empty

also I don't want some stupid shit to happen where while no one's on something happens and our base explodes or gets hit by lightning and burns down

Chunks need to be loaded, players need to be online

or you have a chunk loading mod
