We have tried all manner of optimization mods and changes to boost our TPS. It was running far worse; but things still dip significantly.
I've attached the Server's Statistics from the Linux Machine as well.
Are there any things we can do? Any help would be huge thank you

yes bot I am unfortunately aware of this

try disabling the very many players mod. i think it's hurting more than helping for a playercount of 10

I will say; we were still having these issues before introducing VMP

you can also look into reducing this to around 8gb to start with. 32gb is a bit too much for a 10 player count

if you're allocating that much memory, g1gc is not likely to perform well

We look to be using about 20gb RAM on average based on my reading of the htop graph...

java will use as much memory as you allocate it
but it doesn't necessarily need that much

most of your usage comes from mob spawning too if you can find a mod to lower that
then some datapack is running a command that takes a lot of time as well

We did find something to resolve this; but then ran into an issue regarding RandomTickSpeed v.s TPS.
While using ServerCore; for whatever reason; it completely annihilates our RandomTickSpeed but perfectly stabilizes our TPS.
When we disable ServerCore; it absolutely tanks our TPS but maintains RandomTickSpeed.
Sorry if I'm sounding ab it stupid--I am new to this so I'm trying to piece it together as best as I can.

in the last spark report, entity ticking takes up most of your tick time

2k entities does seem a lot imo. theres also a lot of items on the floor, maybe try telling your players not to do that if possible
