I'm relatively new to server hosting I did it a few months back and I'm thinking about getting back into it but I want to do a Java modded server that has like create+ things like that, but I also wanted to have bedrock cross play abilities,
The reason I'm asking is cuz I know with java you have to download the mods to your own PC if you want to join a modded server how would that work exactly for the bedrock players?

theres work being done to improve compatability but its nowhere stable or production ready
You can't.
Bedrock offers a not-so-extensive system to create mod like add-ons, but the system is not capable enough to the point where one can replicate what can be done with Java, as one can do a lot more on Java
