crashing client (occasionally hanging server) issue

today i wanted to go back to my minecraft server (self hosted for myself, as it is much more more efficent and more performant) but i am getting the crashes, occeaslly hanging the server as well ( like deadlocked, nothing in console as well) and tbh i dont know what is wrong because that didnt happen before
