Do you guys publicize your staff guidelines with the community?

General guideline should be public; however, anything involve staff moderating or safety procedure should be an internal document to avoid bad actor trying to tiptoe the rules.

I tend to add staff members may make arbiturary actions if the situation is not included in the guidelines

Just do something like any attempt to circumvent or bypass the rules by any means is forbidden
