Hi guys, so i really want to learn java development, i know how to config really well, but i think its that time where i want to take that step up and learn java and code my own plugins, keep in mind i have 0 experience in writing code so i wanted recommendations on where to start, im more of a video/visual learner, i prefer listening more than reading, idm paying for it since its for my gain at the end of the day, can yall give me your recommendations?
@Chum salmon Kody Simpsons has [a spigot plugin tutorial series](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnJZMaoMPhE&list=PLfu_Bpi_zcDNEKmR82hnbv9UxQ16nUBF7) It's a bit outdated and doesn't cover paper but it's the best video series I know of

Other than videos, I'd really recommend reading through the paper developer docs, they're very helpful

u might want to read up on object oriented programming also to understand that logic
these are my course notes from back in college in a class about java and data structures if you find that helpful: https://www.cs.bu.edu/courses/cs112/files/programming_in_java.pdf

also if u want id be willing to tutor u for a $15 hourly fee (negotiable) sometime, we could screen share and i’ll help you build a simple plugin

I mean w3schools, other courses exist, are at your own pace and costs nothing to less than that
