Recently i bought a host in servcity located in amsterdam, the big issue is that at random times, everyones ping increases substantially, ive asked many people yet i havent found an answer yet, the screenshot with tab is my server, located in amsterdam, the second picture is another server (not mine) located in amsterdam, can anyone please help me out and tell me how i can fix this, heres a list of my plugins

no, uts jsut an backup from a old host i used, then uploaded
its just weird becuause sometimes it feels perfect
then randomly all our ping rises
and delay is horrible
20 tps though

and keep the configs ofc
