Kicking a player via RCON

I have a player's UUID. Is there any way (or any plugin that would allow me to) kick them with this information alone? We've developed an in house plugin for velocity that allows users to link their Discord <-> Minecraft account, and we want to be able to blacklist users on the Discord side, and if they're connected to the server, kick them as well via RCON. We store their UUID in the database because it never changes, but it doesn't seem the built in /kick minecraft command supports UUIDs only even though the wiki says it does. What are my options here??
