Looking for a plugin or datapack that just removes/replaces all enchanted book librarian trades

Hi all, it's pretty much just in the title. I've been looking all over for a datapack (or paper/spigot plugin if needed!) that does just that. I'm spinning up and configuring a server as we speak and the players expressed that librarians, and especially enchanted book trades (unbreaking, mending, etc) are just too strong. We're opting to remove them entirely or replace them with other trades. What are some options? I don't really need any more than that for the time being.

it feels a little like using a sledgehammer to put a single nail in, but I'll keep it in mind if I can't find something simpler!

you're a lifesaver, I'll give this a go. Was just about to ask you for it because we determined the datapack route was abusable - some datapacks loop every 3 seconds to remove trades, meaning someone with knowledge of this could get a trade during that cooldown

Ofc! Let me know if you find any exploits and it should be simple to patch, right now it checks villagers in loaded chunks & when villagers update/create their trades and I can’t think of any other cases but it’s possible something slipped my mind
