global chat sync plugin for velocity that ACTUALLY WORKS

I have been searching all day for a plugin to sync chats on my 1.21.5 velocity/purpur network. I have looked at about 10 different plugins, but I either misconfigured them, or they didnt do what I wanted. The problem with the main most popular plugin is its many dependencies; the lib one does not work on my server. IN SHORT, does anyone have some reccomendations?
