Accidentally Made a Server Built on a 1.21.1 Mod without realizing I'm on 1.21.8 (BisectHosting)

I am very new to server hosting (as in, I wanted to have a server with some friends and knew I was the only one who was at all likely to take the initiative). I figured it'd be fun to add some mods, so I worked the Better MC 1.21.1 mod into it. Didn't realize until later that this meant I couldn't get into it with 1.21.1. How would I go about just restarting the server from scratch so that I can just go full vanilla? Or is this at all salvageable?
To be honest, your post doesn’t make a lot of sense Better mc is a modpack a combination of mods
What specific changes did you make?
Do you have any back ups?
What are you trying to salvage?
Please answer these when possible

I got it two days ago - bisect has a list of mods and modpacks you can include upon making a server, from which I picked Better MC. There’s been nothing done on the server, so I’m honestly just trying to restart the server from scratch, no mods included.

Already paid the piper, so nothing to really be done about the fact that it’s Bisect.

just to let you know, even anyone's cheapest plan on sp is 5x better then bisect as they run nearly 2 decade old hardware at this point 😄
