Plugin for portal config for SMP? Single nether portal in overworld

Hey, does anyone know of a spigot/paper plugin that would let me have a single central nether portal in the overworld on an SMP server?
Happy to configure a more general plugin to get this, just sort of wondering if that's a thing anyone has done or knows is possible.
basically trying to stop players from spreading out loads so I want all portals in the nether to redirect to main one in the overworld. and no new portals in the overworld. Or if this is a thing I'd have to make my own plugin for, are there any good resources on learning to create them?

mmmm not exactly
then set nether-portals flag to false
then you can just use /fill to make a nether portal urself at spawn
or just make it before u set the flag

would this stop portals created in the nether from making overworld portals?
as well
dimention specific, or even region specific
as long as you set the regions properly
entirely up to you

you can
its not by default
its worldguard, theres a million guides for setting up regions etc
