I have been trying to update my mushroom shore single biome world to 1.19.4+
It says "Errors in currently selected datapacks prevented the world from loading." I don't have any datapacks on the world.

Are you 100% sure you don’t have any datapacks on your world?
I had one in 1.17.1 but deleted it before upgrading my world to 1.18

when I tried to open the world it regenerated the empty datapacks folder
