Hi there, I run a small creative server using Paper 1.21.1 . I run into a problem where some players grab items from the creative hotbar and use these items to lag the server. I was wondering if there was a plugin or setting to disable the use of items with NBT data?

How do they lag it anyway? Lavacasts? Item dropping? Water bucket spam?

I'm really not sure exactly how they do it, but they grab shulker boxes from the hotbar saver in creative and inside those shulkers have a bunch of items that when placed lag the server really bad
