Help with updating mods by updating my Docker Compose instead of manual installation.

So usually I update my mods by simply removing the old one and downloading the new one, is there a way to do this automatically based on the version set in the compose?

My compose includes this, I know mods are supposed to be somewhere in here (updating to 1.21.6):
