Paper Server 1.21.5 Crashing and restarting

Hey all, I'm relatively new to hosting minecraft servers and would be quite happy if you all could help me find out what is causing this crashing.
I do not personally run the server myself, and have chosen to go with shockbyte hosting.
The first crash appeared yesterday and all seemed to be fine after I restarted the server, but during my shift last night the server crashed multiple times and I can't seem to figure out why.
Mod List:
I am using no datapacks.
I have tried sending all possible information I can, please let me know if there is more I need to send.

Firstly drop Shockbyte immediately and go with almost anyone else. They have a terrible reputation in enthusiast circles for good reason.
Try a provider in #service-providers or #freelancing, there are much better options.
Anyway DiscordSRV is reporting heaps of problems so I’m gonna ask you to run a spark report and also pull @Connecticut Warbler and @Bluetick Coonhound into here.

you cant pregen, you cant really use world maps like bluemap etc, they have dumb restrictions that make stuff like "unlimited storage" absesloutely useless

ahhhh, i assume pre-genning and stuff like that allow for the server to be less resource intensive?

Well in newer versions pregen is basically required
