So my server is hosted on the same panel thing as another server basically half of the stuff is allocated to my server half is allocated to the other I haven't had this issue with anybody else but one friend they are not able to join my server which is hosted on a separate port the server that was originally on it my friends server is on Port 25565 mine is on 25566 when they try to join my server through my IP address it redirects them to the other server which is a separate IP address but the same server if that makes sense basically we have two servers hosted on the same thing just they're separate if somebody can make out my utterances here please help

Nobody else has the issue like everybody else connects fine
@Tamz you need to do ip:port in the address. If they do just the ip itll do the 25565 as mc tries 25565 by default

It's just one person that's having this issue
We have it set up so if you use my IP it auto redirects you to my port

They might use a isp that has a dns server that doesnt properly work with srv, make them try https://1.1.1.1
