I have not run a server since 2017 and was looking up how to set up permissions and ranks using EssentialsX but kept seeing people talking about LuckPerms.

Is LuckPerms something a lot of people use nowadays and would you recommend it or no?

You would have a harder time finding a server that uses something else than finding a server that uses it
