As I see it, 1200+ armor stands are in the end world but I turned off the armor stand ticking on configs. Is it still causing the lag?

It stars lagging at around 60 players, which it shouldn't
I'm looking at ways to optimize it more, it reached 100 players before with worse specs. it now has 9950x and ddr5 but lagging at 60...
