Trying to see what's up with the TPS going so slow and what I should do about it? Is it just the amount of entities? Let me know if something else is missing that would help narrow it down.
For context this is a server for a small community and won't likely have much more than the current amount of players.

Thank you I'll add that to the server next time I restart
Would it help to remove C2ME since I already did pregen for the world?

No idea, I'm a paper guy 

You can try moonrise instead of c2me tho, but take a backup before removing/adding stuff, don't forget to test if nothing in the gameplay broke (since this is related to chunks, try loading/generating chunks to test)

I ran into another issue where for some reason maps are crashing people so I might need to look deeper
