Hey everyone, I've been trying to host this modpack with my friends for a while, and the only problem I'm running into is that the server is constantly saying it's overloaded and 300 ticks behind, but my CPU is not stressed, there's plenty of RAM, and I just can't seem to figure out why it's so poor. I didn't have any issues playing with 300+ mods on fabric, it's just been Forge.
Here's my Spark profiler! https://spark.lucko.me/IEOkJ6zgVo If anyone needs logs or anything else, please don't hesitate to ask!

looks like datapack commands are a significant part
see if any datapacks you've installed can be replaced by a mod
CalifornianOP
will do thank u!
Little yellow ant
also, if it persists, you could turn down simulation distance in server.properties

just realized by reading the log that incedium was in the server, just removed it and checking to see if it persists with lag!
CalifornianOP
Removing Incedium helped decently, but the server is always constantly lagging behind no matter what. Any other suggestions please?

Optimize it, I recommend following some online guides to do so.
If that doesn’t work. you may want to upgrade your server

my server runs on my gaming computer and has had no problems running this many mods on fabric, this is something that appears to be a forge related issue i believe

You’d have to follow guides. It’s mainly doing things in config files.
Fabric is very lightweight

you're very close to running out of memory
youre most likely using swap which makes performance worse
