Severe lag problems with at home 1.19.3 fabric modded 1:1000 earth server

Hello admincraft server!
I have historically had very few issues with the servers I've hosted before, but on my most recent server I have had severe issues with lag. I have tried all kinds of performance improving mods, but none of them have been any help. I also have given the server plenty of processing power and RAM to make sure it would run smoothly. I have the sparky profile report below to help better explain the situation. Let me know if you need anything else like the heap summary.

Spark seems to have broke

can you rerun spark profiler?
but the issue just seems to be a lot of items in 1 place
so just run kill @e[type=item] and itll fix the lag

The @e command didn't do that much to the lag
It accumulates entities really fast

The serevr has only been up for 1 day, I dont know how that could be possible

you are running modded, very easy to have that happen

and it was laggy from the instant people got on the server
X this number by 16 both sides and you get the X and Z cords
