Trouble with Velocity/Fabric server hosting

hey guys. runnin a fabric 1.21.5 vanilla enhanced server, as well as a fabric cobblemon 1.21.1 server. i have velocity setup to connect the two through a lobby. if i get on my fabric 1.21.5 client, i can connect to my 1.21.5 server just fine through proxy. the cobblemon server is giving me terrible issues tho. (see txt). i have tried a ton of things. i have also tried connecting to my 1.21.5 server (which has viaversion, viafabric, and viabackwards) with a 1.21.1 vanilla client and i was not able to connect then as well. i CAN connect through a 1.21.5 vanilla client to 1.21.5.

i fixed not being able to connect to my 1.21.5 server on a 1.21.1 client. had to delete a datapack. only problem is, that datapack is a huge part of the server. so idk what to do.
now, i got this error on my cobblemon server, trying to connect my 1.21.1 client to cobblemon 1.21.1.
