I'm a mom helping out at a library, we have 15-30 kids coming every monday and they all want to play minecraft together. They host locally at the moment but I want to play them all together on a server. Some play on a tablet, some play on their nintendo switch. Unfortunately I only know a super basic level of minecraft. Would someone, preferrably german speaking, please guide me in the right direction to get started with the server?

there is no server as of yet, i work in the library

For java tho, but will let switch players etc to just join by adding a user as friends
